Target Audience

This activity has been developed to meet the educational needs of thoracic and cardiothoracic surgeons, and other physician groups and allied healthcare professionals with a clinical interest in patient pain management.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

• Assess strategies for consulting patients with cryoNB. 
• Examine opioid sparing strategies for postoperative pain management.
• Review PROMIS pain scores and importance. 
• Assess the challenges of managing transitional pain and role of CryoNB.
